about me
Some background
I have over 30 years’ experience in Learning and Organisation Development roles across multiple
industries and size of organisation, including financial services, technology, oil & gas and
commodity trading businesses. I have operated successfully in both global, strategic roles and more localised operational roles; my focus was and is on delivering practical solutions that add value to the organisation.
Since launching the business in late 2005 I have focused most of my activities in the energy and commodity trading and supply businesses. I work with front line trading, commercial and distribution operations, supply teams, chartering and freight teams, financial and mid / back office teams to help them identify, assess, recruit and develop their key talent.
Outside of my professional life I enjoy the outdoors and sporting activities, either alone or with others.
I enjoy spending time with my family, and continue to be challenged by the rigours of parenthood, and recently grand-parenthood!
